I am all for drafting a late round QB or signing an undrafted FA QB every year, just to bring a fresh arm into camp and see how they perform. I think you do a little mid-late round pick trading, add a couple of late round picks, and use a late rounder on a developmental type that slipped in the draft. You don't use any of your valuable picks in the first 4 rounds on a QB unless you are ABSOLUTELY certain that Beck is not the answer, otherwise all you get is another young QB who will underperform with a poor supporting cast around him.
