Oh yeah.  If that catch isn't made, his perfect game, no hitter, and shutout all go down the drain. 

Good to see someone reach this type of milestone for the first time in a long time.

Buehrle is 5 innings into another perfect game tonight, and just passed his teammate (Jenks) to set the ML record for consecutive outs with 43. They're cutting to that game on MLB Network when he takes the mound each inning if anyone is interested

Just...freakin'...amazing!

Sorry for jinxing ya, Mark... walk and single breaks up the perfecto and the no-no with two outs in the sixth.

ML record for consecutive outs now sits at 45.

If I were a pitcher who was 5 innings into a perfect game, anyone in that dugout that I felt was ignoring me out of superstition would get smacked.
