At the risk of touching off a mass flaming again, here is what threw me:
Congratulations Hoodie (directed towards Hoodie), Your new mod (directed towards the board).  It should have been "Congratulate Hoodie, your new mod" or "Congratulations Hoodie, you're the new mod".  I'm old, I confuse easily.

Now back to the midgets...
