After reading this its safe to say he won't be coming to Miami. I got no problem with the demand to fire Ireland. But $8 mill a year is insane

He is crazy but if I was the owner and money wasn't an issue I would do it.

Huge upgrade at head coach. HUGE!!  Too bad it probably won't happen
