The Status Quo  is Sparano's staff members. Some staff members "might" stay on with the new guy,that is expected. But to bring in a new head coach and juist keep Daboll and Nolan and everyone else is idiotic on all levels.

Whoever the new coach is will likely be a coordinator from some other team. So you don't have to worry about both Dabol & Nolan staying. Yet, our clueless owner & GM are still here. And somehow this isn't the status quo?
