Dungy made the worst franchise in the league a perennial playoff team.  He's pretty good.

Yea, he is good at making horrible teams into mediocre/average teams, unless he has Peyton fall in his lap, then they are above average.

Also don't be shocked if Sherman falls on the sword for his son-in-law. If the heat is on Philbin to make staff changes, Sherman could step down in return Philbin could promise to retain Zach Taylor as QB coach (Taylor is Sherman's son-in law.)

Sherman rides off into the sunset, his son-in-law still has an NFL job....and Philbin isn't put in an awkward position

As much as it disgusts me, I believe Ireland ain't goin' anywhere.

Philbin SHOULD stay, I mean he is fairly new at this gig, at least 4 years is what I say. 8-8 with someone else's groceries; a WR turned QB, no RB and a swiss cheese OL and DL. He did ok. Let's just hope some changes are made.
