Contrary to reports, tight end Jordan Cameron will be signing with #Dolphins - not #Browns. Contract details are being finalized right now.

Assuming Cameron's marbles aren't still rolling around, this is a very good signing. If the guy can look like a quality receiver with Cleveland's QBs, he should look great with Tanny throwing him the ball. Also, unless a team goes really early on TE in the draft, this class isn't great for the position. After Maxx Williams and Clive Walford, there really isn't a TE that stands out as an excellent prospect.

Vic Carucci NOW reporting Cameron is signed with the Fins and Charles Clay is flying back to Miami to try and sign a deal with the Fins!

Miami might get them both!

At this point I'd let Clay walk.  You're paying Cameron $7.5 million a year, which is what Clay was going to command.  Cameron is a much better TE

Two Tight End packages to make up for lack of receivers. Tanny has excelled when he accepted the fact that he is Alex Smith with a better arm, so this could work if that's what they are going for.

They could easily upgrade at receiver in the draft though.

Sure, but with so many other holes, free agency has to fill what it can.

Jarvis Landry
Mike Wallace
1 WR from the draft
Jordan Cameron
Charles Clay

Looks like a decent set of targets to me...

And Cameron addresses the biggest need for Tannehill besides a better offensive line, he is a big redzone target.
