On my little adventures this morning,I was out in Po'dunk and plowed ground.I know a guy that owns a Flea market in a small town out in the middle of nowhere.I'm sitting there talking to him about these Colecovison games,and I look down and Spy this hat....


I said I recognize that logo...Hmm where have I seen that logo? The Portland seadogs...I ask my buddy,what's the deal with the hat? He said it was for sale in a booth that didn't pay they were sailling everything to pay the rent they owe.He gav4e it to me,He didn't have a clue what I was talking about...

What's the chances of me Coming across a hat in the Sparta Missouri,form a Team in Portland Maine?

LOL, that's great!  The thing about that hat, though, is that for the first two years of the Sea Dogs, they were the fourth best selling franchise hat of all sports.  The logo does it every time!  Two years in a row it was Lakers, Cowboys, Raiders, Sea Dogs.  You might come across them from time to time.

Wear that hat around town, people will stop and ask you about it.

 That sure is a mighty cool lid...it's almost exactly like my Sea Dogs cap. Wear it well...Portland fans are a proud bunch.

Are you saying that Sea Dogs hats outsold Yankees hats at the national level?  That's hard to believe.

Unfortunatly it's a fitted cap,and too big to wear on a regular basis.I like it though...It's something that has a story behind it...I like having stuff like that....
