  "Quick changes" and "quick fixes" are what got the Dolphins into this mess in the first place.  It seems that finally this team has competent regime that has a plan, and it's plan that probably has another year to go before the team gets competitive.

After last night's game, I'd say that plan is coming along ahead of schedule.  The team will be competitive this year, make the playoffs next year, and be in the thick of the title hunt in 2010.
