Just a random thought from the wordplay division, but wouldn't a battery charge actually help a high-motor player like Misi?

Yes, as far as I know. I have been keeping up with this case after it became public earlier this year and of all the articles I read, none mentioned prior violations.

Then he probably won't get suspended.  Kim Jong Goodell usually gives players one slip up.
