Josh Hamilton is an addict and has said that he's fought urges this season himself. I value honesty. Only a fool would believe an addict if they told you they never fight urges.
Addicts fight urges. This isn't rocket science. Ricky, like it or not, is an addict. It's not a question of "if" he falls off the wagon, but when. The fact that he's open about it speaks volumes to his success in battling his demons. People need to calm the heck down about Ricky and understand that he's human under those football pads.
Judge not, folks - not unless you're perfect yourself.
There is no doubt we have different opinions of addictions and if it can be conquered. I did not judge Ricky Williams all I said is he shouldn't be using the media to talk about it, but rather talk about football. But Ricky is a professional football player and there comes responsibility when you are in the lime light, if Ricky has done something very illegal and placed hardship on his team in the past shouldn't his judgement be questioned. There are different forms of judgement in this world, and I believe it's ok to know right from wrong.
