United States Army, 12 years, 10th Military Police Battalion, CID, Airborne Unit, Assigned to Detachment 488th, Maine Army National Guard.

Active status; seperated; Individual Ready Reserve, active.  IRR seperation date 21 November 2012.

All gave some, some gave all.

Gerald May:  USMC, served in the pacific 1941-1945.  d1992.
Gerald May Jr: USMC served 1968-1984 served in Vietnam
Lawrence May: USMC 1980-1984

Ronald Scarpulla:  US Army.  Served three tours in Vietnam.  Three purple hearts cited multiple times for bravery.  Firefighter.  Ogden NY

Carl Scarpulla Jr (half brother) US Navy, RPD.  Cited multiple times for bravery.  Veteran Iraq (the first time).  Still a police officer.

Dear God in heaven above, please make me half the man they were.
