I didn't watch carefully, but there were some weird rules, like the clock stopping at any tackle behind the line of scrimmage.  Anyone know the list of rules and why these were changed?  Safety ones, I absolutely get...but who cares about a stopped clock?

I was even less interested this year, as I typically root for the AFC (NEP).  This year with NEP player on both sides it seemed pointless.
