Seems to me the logical choice is 4:30p/8p Saturday, 12:30p/4:30p/8:30p (Thanksgiving schedule) Sunday, and the normal Monday night game.

I think that this is a good change.  Yes, it does water things down some, but because you have automatic bids and seeding for division winners, it seems like each year, a good team is at home, in lieu of a crap team getting in with a home game.

I also never really liked the two byes thing.  I am hoping that the elite teams will fight for this bye week and keep things interesting.

It was reported a little while back the NFL wants playoff games on Monday and Friday nights. So it's an entire NFL playoff weekend. Plus 2 more prime time games which get more in advertising dollars for the league
