Put it this way. It was late, i wanted to get home. He pulls me over for friggen' no license plate light. Just write the ticket, ya know ? Next thing you know he has me out of the car and he wants me to do stupid test. I offered to give him a breathalyzer 3 times so i could get the f home and he just keeps harrassing me. I told him i am not dancing around in the street at 3 am.
 Obviously because i have a prior DWAI he had me out of the car in the first place. Should not be the case considering he admitted to not smelling anything on me, (which i had not one sip of anything), and was just busting my balls forever. Of course after 3 times of offering to give the breath test he ask me at the station to which i simply reply "i told you a million times" and just shook my head. He looks at me and goes, "thats a refusal", which then he charges me...LMAO.
