he seemed lost of the field. his 0 for 4 performance is the record the jays have in interleague 0 and 4. The jays should win tommorrow and sunday with the good doctor on the hill.

The "good doctor" will be matching up against "man mountain behemoth" on Sunday. The numbers for each this season...

Roy Halladay: 2.75 era, 0.99 whip, 46 K's, 11 BB's in 95 innings pitched

Josh Johnson:  2.05 era, 1.16 whip, 54 K's, 26 BB's in 61.1 innings pitched

I think it will be an excellent matchup... Go Fish!

i guess my team forgot to get the memo that they have to score more runs then the other team.

Hopefully we will come out of Florida with at least one win. 0 for 5 now in interleague play

John Gibbons and the rest of the band of idiots should just walk into the middle of a highway and take turns becoming road kill. it would make me fell happy if that happened.

I hope the Marlins never get sold to a compotent owner who actually wants to win, because they have such a great core of players being managed by Joe Girardi, they are a dynasty in the making.

Hell, they won in 2003 without giving a fuck too. Imagine if ownership TRIED?

Man, Josh Johnson has given up 3 hits and 4 walks in the first two innings, and an 8th Jay reached on an Uggla error. The fact that Toronto is only up 1-0 right now is amazing.

2 for 28 with runners in scoring position. pathetic. Maybe being publicly humilated is a good thing for the team.

I would say we would beat the Braves in our next series but it's in atlanta and were 0-6 so far in interleague in NL parks.

John Gibbons should be fired from the lack of effort the team has shown this series.

They may be hot, but we are hotter.
Ohh, ouch, I'm feeling the scorching heat coming straight out of Toronto...

Josh mellowed out nicely after a rough start...and the Marlins' hot streak continues. The kids are learning on the job and are getting comfortable out there. Sweeping a tough club like the Jays ought to send a message to the NL East...don't look to Florida for an easy win.

As unhappy as raptorsfan is over the Jays getting swept, his overconfident fantasy squad has got to be reeling from the summary execution my Padres are giving him today in the TDMMC league... Separate post in the FLB thread required. It isn't pretty...unless you're a Padres fan. Wink

raptorsfan, I suggest you take up heavy drinking...
