OK,I know not everyone is a college football fan,and we all know that the Heisman is not always about who is the best player, but who would you vote for this year......and who do you think will actually win? I'm a shameless homer and would vote for Tebow, but I think Colt McCoy from Texas wins.

I'm going with Oklahoma QB Sam Bradford. Tebow will probably finish second, and Colt McCoy third.

What is complete BS. He won it last year and is having a better year this year.
But someone else is having a better year than him. I still don't understand what the Heisman trophy is for. They don't really explain what it is.
Is it the BEST player, the MVP, etc. Those are synonymous.
Best overall player in college football. But usually it goes to a QB or RB. I've seen WR's win it a couple times, and only once have I seen it go to someone on defense. Here's a thread that I posted a couple years ago about Heisman winners and how they do in the NFL: http://www.thedolphinsmakemecry.com/forums/index.php?topic=9086.0

The Heisman is not for the best player in college football, but the best offensive skills position. Besides the ESPN campaign to get Woodson the award it goes to one of three positions QB, RB or Wr.
