If that's all the info we have (blurry undefined picture, dude checks into rehab for depression), I think we can guess, but I wouldn't call it educated.

Is there a better picture?  I certainly can't tell that that's a bag of weed.  I mean, it could be anything.  I can't even tell that that's a bag, much less what's inside the bag, if it were one.

The article says Beasley is already a member of the NBA's substance abuse program and has already has "two strikes".  Circumstantial, but make sense.

There appears to be a soda, TV remote, and at least two unidentifiable objects sitting on something. If anyone thinks it is "reasonabale" that one of the objects is a bag of dope why is it "unreasonable" these object are on a table? These are not things typically found on the floor, unless you are in a poor state. These things usually sit on a table.
