There was a flag. It was actually a failed third down conversion and the penalty gave us a first down if I remember correctly.

I must have missed that one. I do remember 2 where he was hit after he slid where no flags were thrown.

It was 4th down, right at the end of the game. The penalty prolonged the inevitable, but Henne decided enough was enough by throwing an INT on the next play, allowing the Ravens to take a knee to end it. Ngata went untouched on the play, btw, and drilled Henne with his helmet right to the midsection. Not too hard, but he clearly lowered his head (and didn't notice that Henne actually got rid of the ball), which seemed a bit unnecessary. Still, he didn't go 100%.
