2011 NFC East Champions!

« on: September 09, 2011, 09:49:50 am »

Both guys were spectacular last night. And, both guys are spectacular superstars.

Brees has a little more experience and age than Rodgers, but it's hard to argue that these two guys are the NFL's elite QBs for the next 5+ years.

Which guy would you have on your team if you had to pick one? Keep in mind that both guys have won a Super Bowl and both guys were the Super Bowl MVP. Both guys throw (easily, if there is such a thing) for 4,000+ yards a season and rack up fantasy points like no-one's business.

And - both guys have had one significant injury in their career and recovered, so they're not made of glass! Drew Brees had his shoulder problem and Aaron Rodgers broke his foot coming in for Brett Favre when he was younger.

Rodgers. He just seems to impress me a lot.

Rodgers. With Manning's future in question, he could quite possibly be the best the NFL has to offer.

it's hard to argue that these two guys are the NFL's elite QBs for the next 5+ years.

I'd argue that it would be very easy to do so Wink

I believe Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL right now...so that makes my choice easy.

I'd say Rodgers.  His spiral is sick.

I am hoping Drew Brees has his worst season ever.

Here is a pleasant thought for your day:  If the 2012 draft was held today the NEP would be picking first.  NE has the Saints first round pick and the Saints have the worst record in the NFL.

This was easy for me....as much as I love Brees I think Rogers is the best QB in the league. I had him as my #1 in almost every fantasy league I am in except the goofy scoring ones that handicapped QB's. Rogers will be the new face of the NFL for years to come in my opinion.

Rodgers. He led that team to a victory with a bunch of injured guys. Now he has them all back, which does not bode well for the rest of the league.

I would also pick Rodgers if I had to choose - but man, you really can't go wrong either way. Both are winners and complete and total studs.

Aaron Rodgers.  If for no other reason than I don't have to look at that damn birth mark on his face.

All joking aside, both of them are really good.
