Mine is Batman.

I love Batman.  He's my favorite super-hero.  He's complex.  But, if he were real, I'd probably think he was a douche.

He's a disgustingly rich playboy by day.  By night, he's a vigilante who wipes his ass with the principles of the constitution.

Also, Dexter.

The entire cast of Grey's Anatomy - They're all doctors, and I hate Doctors....
The Zombies in the Walking Dead - It means there has been a massive threat to the world, and the world has changed..The chances are likely that I'm going to be eaten..
Jaws - The thought of a vengeful animal is scary as all hell, and he tastes so good,I'm hungry right now...And I'm afriad he would eat me (even more strange thought coming from me in Missouri  Cheesy...)
The monster alien in the Thing. - Shape changing alien, that can morph into any living thing,is scarey as hell too...

I suddenly have a fear of sliding down the food chain.... Cheesy

Most superheroes are vigilantes and effectively consider themselves above the law, so you can pretty much take your pick there.

I think I would consider Morpheus (from The Matrix) a delusional zealot in real life.  He's a fun character in the movie, though.

Morpheus is a good one.

I think that a lot of the Jedi from Star Wars would be a total buzzkill to be around.  Really, any character that sees good/evil in complete black and white is probably bad for the real world.

John McClain. Why? Because I'm an average Joe. Either someone is coming after me, or I become collateral damage.

Spiderman as portrayed by Toby Macguire. Too much of a dweeb as Peter AND Spidey.

Peter Griffin

And I agree about the Jedi and Dexter.

Nancy Botwin on Weeds. She's awesome on that show, but you know she's incredibly selfish and flakey.

I'd go with Batman as well...I have no patience for silver-spoon sociopaths in the real world.

I am a little surprised at this one. I think I'd like the Gunslinger in the real world, as long as I'm part of his ka-tet and not one of the Lobstrosities. Grin

The world NEEDS gunslingers, but he's just so dry...

"Which war was it?" Roland whispers.
"What?"
"The one where you got your sense of nobility and purpose shot off?"

Plus, you know when it comes down to it, he's going to let you fall to the slow mutants, let Mordred eat you, or have some other horror befall you if it helps him get to the Tower. -EK

The whole split-personality-being impregnated by a demon thing makes me leary of associating with brick droppers. -EK

The Punisher- not a fun guy to be around
The Joker- do I really need to explain?
Dirty Harry- Yes there is a book series which is even more over the top than the movies.

On a side note, I guess I should read the Gunslinger series.

Most amazing thing I've read- in terms of creativity and sheer ambition- maybe ever. Eighth book just came out and the other seven tie into about thirty of his other novels to one degree or another. -EK
