Could face jail time. I hated to see him cut, but it looks like it was a good decision. BTW, it doesn't matter what the wife or ex-wife does or says, the state can and probably will prosecute based on the evidence. He's fuked!

The thing that baffles me is CJ has never had any prior problems. Yeah, he did some dumb stuff celebrating and such, but never anything like this.

And that's probably why he won't go to jail.  One thing the judge considers strongly is your prior criminal history.

Could not agree more. Being productive on the field hides all the warts. lol I think he gets 1 last shot to play. He is probably the best guy out there and all it takes is one major injury.
