He does an outstanding job of disguising plays and moving defenders to the wrong location, however, this not without cost, by waiting until the very last minute to look in the correct location his passes are not super precise requiring the receiver to do more to catch them. On the whole I think it is positive as it is probably easier for an uncovered receiver to catch a wild pass than a well covered on to catch a perfect pass.
