I'll give my SotG to Flores for the overall coaching situation. That early challenge... Wow. Flores needs to spend the offseason getting the right personnel around him and the right setup on gameday. Flores is obviously in charge of deciding whether or not it's ultimately the right time to challenge a play, but someone up in the booth needs to give him proper odds on whether there's video to overturn the call. Neither aspect has been perfect this season, but the latter can absolutely be fixed.

Needless to say, the play-calling shenanigans need to stop. The team has stopped responding to requests regarding who's doing what now, but he needs to find someONE to do it. The team needs an identity on offense and a cohesive playbook.

Mine goes to Centre Austin Reiter for those two terrible snaps along the ground to Tua, one of which resulted in a fumble and a Panthers field goal at the end of the half.

Jessie Davis was lucky to avoid it this week for the blown pass protection of Tua's blind side leading to a fumble, and that's only because he also recovered the ball.
