Have any of you seen this thing?

It's essentially a missile, but it doesn't have an explosive on the end.  Instead, right before impact, it shoots out the 4 giant razor, like wings and just chops you up at missile speed, but without the boom.  The idea is to limit collateral damage and casualties.

Anyway, I saw a picture of a car that was hit by one of these things and it was pretty wild -- like...the car was still in pretty decent shape despite having a missile through the middle of it.

It is pretty wild. I guess this last guy was standing on his balcony and he was the only person killed. I also saw the car from last year or at least I think it was the same one. It blew into the passenger seat through the roof without destroying the rest of the car. Scary accurate.
