Damn near every right we have is because someone literally fought to get it and most of those fights weren't legal.  They burned down a city or rioted in the streets or disrupted the peace in some manner.

The Boston Tea Party is the same as The Capitol Riot. 

That is bullshit.  The Boston Tea party and Beer Hall Putsch were not morally equivalent events.  The BLM protests are not the moral equivalent of kristallnacht.
