I have always held the view that common sense gun control was consistent with the second amendment.  Until now I opposed the idea of repealing the second amendment and have always felt that responsible gun ownership was an achievable possibility.

That changes today.  If taking guns out of the hands of those who commit DV is inconsistent with the 2nd amendment than it is time to repeal the second amendment.

I agree, if this is what it means.

However, I don't think this is what it means.  It isn't unconstitutional and that's a bad interpretation.
