It seems like since we've started these boards, everyone is posting nothing but polls.  Wondering what the masses think - are there too many polls, or are they a welcomed addition?

I like the poll feature. It helps to summarize the threads. For example, I added one to the TO thread Dave started. Dave talks about him possibly ending up in Miami. Others go on to add teams where they think he will end up. (It kind of takes the thread out of the Dolphins discussion area, but still relates). Anyway, I added a poll asking what team you think TO will end up on, offering the teams people are mentioning as choices. Now, if someone looks at the thread, it summarizes right there where the majority of people think he will end up.

Is there a way to view poll results without voting?  If I know nothing about the subject, I don't want to submit a random vote, but may be interested in what others think.

Yes, the person who creates the poll can set it up so you can view the results without voting. I just went in and reset my NFL Prospects poll so you don't need to vote to see the results.

I feel like that like most new toys,we play with them, run them into the ground for a little while.

I think we'll go alittle poll happy for a week or so,then it will level out.

I'm afraid that we may, start ignoring the polls.
