Kanye wants Bible role

Kanye West has suggested religious leaders revise the Bible to include him as a new character.

The confident hip hop superstar, who claimed three Grammys at the US music ceremony in LA this week, says he deserves a role amongst Jesus Christ and his disciples.

Kanye believes he could take on the role of "a griot" - a West African storyteller - in a modern version of 'The Big Book'.

He explained: "I bring up historical subjects in a way that makes kids want to learn about them. I'm an inspirational speaker.

"I changed the sound of music more than one time...For all those reasons, I'd be a part of the Bible. I'm definitely in the history books already."

Have any of you ever heard of the band "Extreme?"

They had 2 number one hits as well as 4 albums and quite a few top 10 songs.

Very good band too, but I doubt that most of Kanye's fans...Or even younger System of a Down fans for that matter have even heard of them.

Soon, Kanye will be no different than Extreme.

Maybe, maybe not...  Its hard to say.  I'd compare him more to Busta Rhymes or Coolio, but neither of those guys made as much noise.  Ja Rule also comes to mind...

Personally, I think he'll end up more like 2Pac if he doesn't keep his fat mouth shut.
