SD seems to be happy with him.  From what I've read they are planning on keeping him.

yeah as a clipboard holder and water boy  Grin after all these years he is a pro at that (oh and the routine td pass to the other team when he does play)

feeley has the raw tools to be a good QB....our last coaching regime didn't "coach" him to become a better player...they just threw him int he fire...what did you expect.  i bet he'll resurface eventually.
