2011 NFC East Champions!

« on: April 07, 2006, 04:23:07 pm »

Week 1 - @ Pittsburgh - L
Miami will choke to the defending Super Bowl champs and their stellar defense

Week 2 - Buffalo - L
The Bills secondary OWNS the Dolphins.  Loss.

Week 3 - Tennessee - L
Billy Volek to Drew Bennett.  That's all I need to say.

Week 4 - @ Houston - L
They will not stop Eric Moulds

Week 5 - @ New England - L
Tom Brady will simply humiliate the Fish.

Week 6 - @ NY Jets - L
No matter how bad the Jets are, they always beat the Dolphins @ The Meadowlands.

Week 7 - Green Bay - L
This will be the only game of the year where Favre will throw 7 TD's for 642 Yards.  Every other game he throws 5 INT's and only 90 yards.

Week 8 - BYE

Week 9 - @ Chicago - L
The defense there is simply TOO MUCH for the below-average offensive attack of the Dolphins.

Week 10 - Kansas City - L
No-one will stop Larry Johnson or T-Gonz.

Week 11 - Minnesota - L
Daunte FakePepper will gag in front of his old team.

Week 12 - @ Detroit - L
It will be Miami's second game in 5 days, and they will be dead tired, on the road.

Week 13 - Jacksonville - L
That team is simply way too good and more physical then Miami.

Week 14 - New England - L
Tom Brady shines again vs. the Fins!

Week 15 - @ Buffalo - L
Willis McGahee will run all over Jason Taylor in the freezing cold.

Week 16 - NY Jets - L
Their third division game in a row will wear them down so bad, even the Jets will beat the horrible Dolphins.

Week 17 - @ Indianapolis - L
The toughest game on the whole schedule, IMO.  Peyton Manning will beat Marino's 5,084 yardage in a season record in this game alone.

FINAL REGULAR SEASON RECORD - 0-16

Great post jtex. I think you are onto something. I give them W's in weeks 4 & 12 however. Narrow wins, but wins nonetheless.

The point of this post was to show that on any given Sunday, any NFL team can beat any other NFL team, and if the Dolphins aren't careful, they could easily lose every game they play...and the same goes for all 32 NFL teams.

Thats a good point Jtex, and i think its a fact of the NFL that makes every game interesting, year after year.

But i think that Nick Saban has instilled confidence and discipline, along with a strong work ethic within the Team, and that showed towards the end of last season.

I'm confident that attitude will still be there this season.

0-16, or even 2-14? Sorry lads, cant see it happenin!

AFC East Champions. After that who knows?

6-10 maybe 7-9 .. If "potsie" gets off & comes back, maybe 9-7 again.  Playoffs...Not this year...Super Bowl???   Grin Grin Couple of years..maybe.  Roll Eyes

6-10......... everyone has all this damn optimism over last year finish. Need i remind mullet fans in that 6 game winning streak only one of those teams made the playoffs, and New england rested their regulars in the second half. Back to reality this year.

What exactly is reality?  Having a losing record?  MAN I love it when they piss ya'll off,  all the haters waiting for another '04,   It don't happen to Miami that often,  relish those rare moments people!  It's years like last that put a smile on my face from ear to ear knowing it was gut-wrenching for the anti-fans.   >:D

BTW Miami earned a shitty schedule due to '04,  it isn't their fault those other teams sucked worse than them last year.

Joe I totally agree with you...The Giants will loose 15 games outta the 16 regular season game to prove that Coughinlynn is a wus and they paid too much for Lavar and Sam!
