I am NOT happy - Neteller.com

I'm so fucking pissed off right now, with this fucking site, that I can't even sleep right now.  These pieces of crap are really pissing me off.

Neteller.com is an online e-wallet.  It is necessary to have an e-wallet, and Neteller is by far the most popular and used site.  It is necessary to have an e-wallet to be able to transfer funds from it to an online gambling site (poker site).

On April 7, I requested a cashout from Poker Room.com to Neteller.com  Status: OK
On April 7, I requested a cashout from Neteller.com to me, via regular mail check.  Status: One month later and still nothing.

I have called, left messages, and emailed.  Every time I get on the phone with someone, magically, something else comes up that I need to do in order to get this check.  I'm at the point now that I've requested the check cancelled, and the funds put back into my Neteller account, so I can then from there transfer the funds from Neteller to my bank account via EFT (What I should have fucking done in the 1st place). 

The latest call has me wanting to drive to Canada or whever these assholes are.  I sent the necessary request email, and apparently, they sent me a 'please confirm by replying' email, which I never got - so I had to make another call, where the girl insists I received the fucking email.  What the hell you BITCH?  I know how to check an inbox and a spam / bulk folder you stupid hoser.  So i had to re-request it, and I attached a not-so nice, but still respectful and very firm Email, letting them now that I am not satisfied with this, and that I want this mattered settled.

We're not talking 50 bucks here.  This check is for $325.00, which I now expect to be put back into my Neteller account tomorrow or the next business day. 

So that's that, $325.00.  Now, here's some other news.  I just won $1,000 tonight, and I requested a transfer of funds from Party Poker.com to Neteller.com in the amount of $900.00, which I am going to use to pay for the flight and hotel of my upcoming vacation in June.  This seemed to go smooth for now, with not 1 but 2 email confirmations from Party Poker.com.  Therefore I have a total now owed to me by Neteller of $1,225.00.  The $900 I think is going to be OK, because i'm not fucking around with paper checks - straight EFT transaction to my bank.  This $325 has really got me fucking pissed off.  I'm sick of explaining the story to them, I'm sick of being the one playing detective about this shit.  Pay me my fucking owed money.

If this persists, it's attorney time.

Jtex, I'd hate to tell you this, but I think you're outta gas.  A lot of these e-wallet and online gambling sites have their home computer servers on foreign soil (it's illegal to gamble online in the U.S.).  Therefore you will have a tough time getting your money back.

Update:

Checked my Neteller.com account page, and $900 was in there, so I made an EFT widthdrawal directly to my bank account.  This says it takes 1-3 business days to process, so hopefully sometime early next week at least 3/4 of this crap is over with.

They FINALLY emailed me about the 325, which they have now added to my Neteller account.  FINALLY.  This after a few emails which they claim they replied to (which they never did). 

So, I had no choice but to raise my voice, a lot, and type a lot of words in caps.  Instead of "i was wondering", it was more like "I WANT YOU TO...".  I hate to do that, but I've tried and tried and tried, and I got nothing but bullshit, so they had to hear it.  Funny, it got resolved after I raised my voice.

This issue is now resolved.  I Win.
