The only one I've liked it the one in Downunder Dolfan's icon.  I'd be totally fine with that.  All of these other ones are uninspired, overdesigned, or boring.

^^^I have come to the conclusion that no matter what Miami's new logo will be everyone will hate it and shit all over it.

There have been some bad ones out there no doubt but not all have been awful. There have been a few that have been decent.

I'm starting to get really scared about the new logo.  I am more OK with change than most people, but some of these mock-ups are ugly and overdesigned or worse, uninspired and bland.

I wish they'd just release it already so I am not stressing.

Ben Volin reported that they are changing the aqua color to more of a teal.  Think 1990's Marlins.  They are moving it from less green to more blue.

I think this is a huge and horrible mistake.

isn't that what the Fins were in the early 80's....more blue-ish form of a teal.

^ That sounds bad to me.  I prefer the deeper colors they have now to those of the 80s.  However, I can be swayed if things look cool.

If they went with the first design Mike began this thread with, I'd be pretty satisfied. And from the looks of the responses many seem to be in favor of it. It's the other designs later in the thread that are "meh" to "horrific".

I'm just ready for a rainbow colored "M" to appear on the helmet. Oh wait...   Cheesy

Honestly I don't give a crap about the "shade of teal" they use. If the logo is similar to what I posted in the original post of this thread, or even that helmet  pic I posted a few days ago I will be fine with it.

It's just a logo at the end of the day. Not gonna go nuts unless they do something really st upid!
