I think the "confirmed" logo is the second best of all those that I've seen, and I think it's workable.  Outside of the one other logo (at the top of page 7), all of the other new logos I've seen are FAR WORSE.  Amateurish, even.

Furthermore, while I won't discount the tendency of humans to delude themselves into liking what they are stuck with, I think the "confirmed" logo could definitely grow on me.  While the page 7 "angry dolphin" logo definitely looks cooler today, in 10 years when everyone is sick of the angry ram and angry falcon and angry bronco and angry seahawk and angry jaguar and angry eagle, the not-furious dolphin will have some originality.

The "confirmed" logo has some classical elements to it.

I would completely agree with this...

I also believe that it will grow on you, because of what it represents.  It is the symbol of your favorite football team and thus you will grow to love it.  I think that is the thinking of the team office.  They could make the logo a steaming pile of turd and people would make signs that say "Roll Turd" and paint themselves brown to go to games.

Some of my favorite albums grew on me. St. Anger from Metallica for example. This new "confirmed" logo is not something I will grow to love. More like, grow to accept.

More news coming out about the "new look" Dolphins uniforms...

1) Dolphins will go to a WHITE facemask on the helmets. Only other NFL team with a white fasemask is KC

2) Going back to the OLD shade of aqua from the 1980's with some blue mixed in

Yuck.  The old aqua was a little too pastel for my tastes.

That being said, I'm a little skeptical of this new report, as this isn't the old aqua:

when I first heard about the white face-mask I am thinking the helmet might not be white. Might be blue or aqua.

ROFLMAO!!!!    That is one of the funniest posts I have ever seen from you!!   And I've just taken a screen shot of it and forwarded it to all my buddies who are Crimson Tide fans.
