I.C.E. raid on FSU campus

Looks like FSU's renovation of it's football stadium and the building of it's Football Only Facility as well as several other projects on campus have been pushed back.  I.C.E. raided several construction sites and arrested more than 100 undocumented workers.   I know the contractor who bid on these jobs is in deep shit, but I wonder if the school would be in trouble as well.

Whatever.   If they were legal, they were let go.   If they were illegal, they were taken away.   If you come here illegally, the only process you're due is a swift trip back to where you came from.  Plain and simple.

The US has deported US citizens and deported people to countries other than their country of origin.  Both of which is illegal.

It's hilarious to me people are arguing about "illegals" made up rights when they have no problem with pretending a zombie in the office is perfectly fine. I get why people think that way but it's still pretty ridiculous and why no one takes then seriously.

We had a nice raid here in the Villages not too long ago and that construction has started back up. Glad to see we have a governor who supports a strong border.

The school isn't unless they supposedly verified the employees. The companies are a bit screwed and their bonding companies may need to hire new contractors to get it done. They are on the hook either way and if the state has LDs in the contract, as they do on roadway projects, then every day they are past the deadline is thousands of dollars back to the state.

Not to mention that while Biden did show some signs of cognitive decline he was still sharper on his worse day than Mr Coveffe was on his best day.

LOL ... why is it lame to point out a lack of integrity in a person's opinion?  Biden's mental breakdown was as obvious as Trump's arrogance. It isn't like they were hiding it ... or at least not very well.  To pretend it wasn't and then act like you have moral ground for another argument is hypocrisy at best.

Biden was voted into office by a general election. Not sure what makes you think he shouldn't have been in office. If his mental facilities were in question then there are steps to remove him from office and they should have been followed. Are you suggesting that Trump should be removed from office without going through the proper process to remove him? I for one think he's incapable of performing the duties of office, but I don't get to make that decision.

Why are we even discussing the last President when it's the current President that we should be worried about?

Funny deflection. Again ... it's a basis for morality. A person can't tray and pretend they are taking the high road when it's been shown they have no problem doing the opposite.

Biden was not mentally competent of running our country. This isn't up for debate any longer. Trump is an arsehole that people don't like. Two very different scenarios. Now libs like Jake Tapper are making money by trying to pretend he was duped into believing Biden was fine and no one, even other libs, are buying that. He was one of the ones who tried cover it up.   Pot calling kettle black kind of thing.
