I see 8-10 wins in our season if things go pretty much as I expect. I think we have a pretty easy schedule as I think the Jets (twice), Colts, Panthers, Browns and Saints should be mostly wins so lets say 5-1 in those games. The only games that I really don't see us having much chance to win are the Bills (twice), Ravens and maybe Commanders so lets say 0-4 in these games. That leaves 7 games that we should be competitive in for the most part, so depending how we do in those games will determine how the season goes. I see us going anywhere from say 3-4 to 5-2 in those games. The wild card for me is the Patriots as I still think we are the better team but some people are kinda high on them and they could be tougher than I expect.

If Tua is out for a number of games then that will lower that number accordingly.

It the defense is better than expected or the offense gets back to 2023 form then we could win more than I expect.

What does everyone else think?

I do a little estimate and I'm at 9.5 wins.  ...so I guess I'll round up to 10 on optimism.

5-7 wins.  Dolphins have done nothing to improve from last year and in fact are a worse team.

It seems to me that - if healthy (yes, big if) - this team should be better than the 11-6 team.
So I think 12-5 is a reasonable prediction.

If there are little in the way of injuries, and the attitude of the team is right, we should finish with at least an 11-6 record with that schedule...

However, if the wheels fall off again, it's will be pretty similar or worse than last year. God help McDaniel if that's the case.

I think that sweeping the Patriots and the Jets is kinda my expected result, so that will be big, if it can happen.

A  prediction predicated on the team having less injuries than any team in history and a change of culture when nothing has been done to change things isn't a prediction its a fantasy.

Similarly, there's not much purpose in predicting records if your expected baseline of health is going to be "the most important players on both sides of the ball are going to miss multiple games due to injury."  What are you even predicting at that point?  You can "predict" a terrible season for any team with that logic.

I don't subscribe to the "culture change" silliness that is only ever used as a substitute for griping about the results.  Kansas City has a "great culture" because they've made 7 straight AFC Championships, despite the fact that players say everything but the head coach is utter shit.

Andy Reid has 21 winning seasons against 3 losing one's. I'd say he does something right.

He’s a good coach but he was Dan Reeves until Mahomes fell into his lap.

He was 173-114-1 before he ever had Mahomes.

Modified because I was in the dark couldn't read my writing

My prediction is based on a normal level of injuries (but also factoring in players injury history and their ability to stay available)  and non-existent depth.

He was 173-64-1 before he ever had Mahomes.

And? How many Superbowls? He was Dan Reeves until he hit Mahomes

The internet says Reid is 182-120 without Mahomes not what you said

Dan Reeves went to 4 Super Bowls.
Pre-Mahomes Andy Reid went to one.

A better comparison for the pre-Mahomes version of Reid would probably be Jeff Fisher or John Fox.
