If this is really the reason that Billick is not being considered, I have even more doubts about Ross as an owner. Really? Because he lost a game that may have cost you money? TV station in Eugene is saying the Fins have contacted Chip Kelly's agent

Armando said he has talked to high ranking Dolphins people and the story is not true and they haven't reached out to Kelly or his agent

I get the feeling that by not hiring Bowles, they are letting their best candidate go. Every other "candidate" after Fisher is an OC from some other team. As long as Ireland is the GM, the "brand name" coaches aren't coming. Plain & simple. Bringing in other unproven offensive coordinators will actually make this team worse next season.
