Question: Now that the logo and uniforms are official:
I love them.  Vast improvement.   -3 (9.4%)

Sure, but they all at least look like they were professionally done. That Islanders logo really looks like it was just slapped together. The lettering is cheese, the hockey stick and puck are cheese, and the island image looks like a bad rorschach test.  I understand where you're coming from when you say that other logos are bad as well, but I think the Isles logo is the blue ribbon baby of the hot graphical garbage world.

I don't think you can even see the pants in that image.

But I will miss the aqua sleeve stripes if they are gone.

I don't have to see the pants - I know from 2012 that they will wear white pants.  They took the color off the facemask, so why not just wrap out players in bed sheets and send them out there so they don't get warm.

See when I see that look, with the helmet/logo and potential uniform, I actually like it.  My wife thinks the logo looks fine, even though I've been harping about it, but after seeing that image of Tannehill, I think it comes together.

Love the numbers, and getting rid of the blue and going back to the traditional colors.

That certainly looks legit and maybe it's just the lighting, but that looks a lot darker than the stand-alone logo.
